AMPL started its journey from its registered office at "STEPHEN HOUSE" 56E, Hemant Basu Sarani, Kolkata - 700 001 in 2008 as the authorised distributor of M/s. TIMEX GROUP INDIA LTD for the wide networking area of Central Kolkata,North 24 Pargana, Howrah, Hooghly and Nadia.

Within just 2 years of hard work and dedication, in the year 2010, AMPL achieved certificate from M/s. TIMEX Group India Ltd. for the highest turnover in West Bengal. AMPL continued its journey to grow more and in the year 2014 achieved certificate from M/s. TIMEX Group India Ltd. for the best distributor in Eastern INDIA.

After getting the best distributor certificate from M/s. TIMEX Group India Ltd. in Eastern INDIA, AMPL realised the need for more office/godown space so in the year 2014 'AMPL' shifted it's registered office at "HAVELI" 17, Balmukund Mackar Road, (4th floor), Kolkata - 700 007 having around 1000 sq. ft. space.

Business has no limit, and with endeavour to grow more in the watch/clock division AMPL was looking for more business and as a outcome of that in the year 2014 'AMPL' appointed as the Authorised distributor of M/s. SEIKO Watch India (P) Ltd. For eastern INDIA.(W.B., Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, & North - East) for their clocks division.

AMPL's marketing effort and good business management in the year 2018 fetched them certificate from M/s. SEIKO Watch India (P) Ltd. for the valuable contribution to the SEIKO Clocks business in INDIA.

At present, AMPL proudly carrying its distribution business of M/s. TIMEX GROUP INDIA LTD. in eastern India from its registered office at "HAVELI" 17, Balmukund Mackar Road, (4th floor) Kolkata - 700 007 of about 1000 sq.ft. godown cum office area with dynamic team of sales, accounts & management and serving to more than 150 authorised dealers of TGIL & SEIKO
